The all-seeing eye has its origin in the so-called “Eye of Horus”, or Udyat, which means “the one that is complete”. It protected, purified and healed. It symbolized the sun and embodied order, the perfect state.
The left eye represents the door to the deepest state of being, your spirit. This collection is a personal and timeless project, it consists of the image of the left eyes of people who have positively or negatively affected my life, creating turning points, people who have inspired me, genuine warriors and people with a pure heart. I call it “my soul bank”…
The images that I present below are oil paintings on wood of 10x10cm. The collection is under development, 50 works are finished of the 333 that are going to be exhibited and are in process. Here I present some of them.
